Our Melbourne based BJJ training programme teaches practical defences against the most common street attacks such as life threatening chokes, grabs, punches, kicks, bear hugs, and headlocks.
Our style of BJJ training is intended to impart the most effective self-defence instruction in the world by giving students the elements to defend themselves. In real life situations that have no rules, no points and no time limits. We teach Jiu-Jitsu as a method of realistic self-defence, personal development and life skills. Unlike other Martial Arts BJJ Training is virtually always practised in pairs giving you a sense of reality in the event that you are confronted with a self defence situation.
